How would you rate your reading ability when it comes to reading for school assignments?

I usually read with ease; if I struggle at all, I can usually find a way to understand the reading on my own.  I sometimes struggle with reading, but I can usually figure it out by asking for a little help or checking another source.  I struggle with reading, but I rely heavily on other people or online sources for summaries, analysis, etc. Others may not know I need this support.  I usually struggle with reading, and I need a lot of support to understand the text. The teacher and others know I need this support.  I struggle so much with reading that I usually don’t try any more.

3	How much time do you spend reading for your own enjoyment?
